To get assistance from one of our technicians you will need to be a member of DidYouReboot.com. If you are not currently a member, please click here and purchase a plan. Once the plan is purchased, please reach out to us about your issue.
Existing Members - When we call you, you will have to verify your identity. We do this by only calling the number listed on the account and you will need to provide your account PIN before we can begin any work. Please have this PIN available at the time of the call.
