For less than you would pay to bring your computer to an IT person once, get a full year of remote support for your home PC. With unlimited remote assistance for up to 2 computers in your household, networking, home automation, and security devices. You also gain access to our Scam hotline where you can call or text us when you need help to determine if someone is trying to scam you. As an added bonus for our Phoenix Area residents we offer a subscriber special half off our normal hourly rate for in-home support.

DYR Complete Membership
With this complete package, you get everything from Essentials and with the addition of all computers in your home AND to add a second household. Have technology challenged parents, siblings, children, or friends? This is the perfect Membership for you. You will enjoy priority support hours which opens up weekend support.

DYR Complete Hourly
With our DYR Complete Hourly plan, we offer a competitive hourly rate for those who prefer not to commit to a subscription. Priced at just $100 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments for remote assistance, you will receive top-tier support for your household networking, automation, and security devices. Additionally, for Phoenix Metropolitan area residents, on-site support is available and billed in 1-hour increments. If you love our service, you can upgrade to our Essential or Complete Membership, and we'll credit your first hour's purchase towards your new membership
